Sales Policy

1. SHIPPING 

All orders mailed within the USA will be shipped via UPS . There are exceptions for small items which are mailed via US Postal Mail. Books are also an exception which are sent "Media Rate" via US Postal Mail. We also charge a minimum handling fee. Therefore, the minimum shipping and handling charge for most canvases and thread orders will be $12.95. Heavier shipments will be billed accordingly. 

2. INVENTORY

Although we have most canvases in stock, please allow between 2 to 6 weeks for any backordered canvases. We will call you if longer delivery time is expected. Those canvases and threads in stock will be shipped the same day, or the day following your order. You can expect delivery between 2 to 3 days.


3. RETURN POLICY
All thread sales are final. Threads are susceptible to odors and stains. You can be sure that when you buy from us all threads are NEW. Satisfaction is guaranteed on all canvas sales. Merchandise credit will be offered on any canvas returns.

4. PAYMENT OPTIONS 
We accept MASTER CARD, VISA, AMERICAN EXPRESS AND DISCOVER. All prices displayed are in US Dollars. 

5. PASSWORD
When you place your first order through our system, you will need to complete a form with information regarding billing and delivery details. You will also be provided with a User ID and Password.

Next time you visit our store, you will only be required to enter your User ID and Password, instead of entering all the billing and delivery details again. This is all done to save you time when completing your order.
